I got a call from a third party (SRS) regarding a PDL. She would not give me the name of the PDL but said that I told them I would call back on 4/15 with a check for the amount of $320. I told her that I was with Langhorne and she said that it would not matter because serious legal action would be taken and wished me good luck. I asked her what was going to happen to me are you going to take me out in the back and chop my head off for not paying. I also told her that PDL's are illegal in the state of Maryland and she said that I am in a lot of trouble and get this money in ASAP.

Would like to know if anyone has had any dealings with Vital Recovery Services? I believe they too are part of the Sherman, LVNV Funding scammers and I would like to have some advice as to how to deal with Vital Recovery Services.

I know most of the fdcpa now but didn't in 2007. I was sent a Letter dated 09/12/07 from Nelson Watson & associates. It demanded payment, said they are a debt collector but never put in the letter my 30 day right to dispute. The next letter I got was from Lustig Glaser & Wilson dated 10/16/07. I never responded and now I am fighting it in court. Can I go after Nelson Watson & Associates for turning it over like that and failing to put in the disclosure? NW&A said they are collecting for LVNV Funding. The same goes for the LG&W who is suing me.

Ok gang, my 3 store fronts will be defaulting any day now. I'm pretty sure the one will work with me, however the other 2 I'm thinking it going to be a fight. Remember last week I talked to the mediator who gave me a name and # or someone at the corp office to speak with. Should I wait until they bounce and they start calling me or should I try to call now. Can someone lend me those brass ****S!?

Has anybody had any dealings with Cash Advance Network? From what I have read, it looks like they are moving around quite a bit, and I see that the BBB can't seem to locate them either. Does anybody have a physical address? I've seen Nevada, Oklahoma, and New Mexico, but none of these seem to be any good. I know that CAN is a dba for MTE Financial if that helps. Also, does anybody have processor info for Cash Advance Network?

Heard about this on the news....And I believe I am a victim. I check my debit card online, and saw a $72 charge at Speedway gas station in Columbus....I thought, "Geez, when did I buy $72 in gas? I suck at math, but I do know that even at $4/gallon, my 14 gallon tank doesn't cost $72 to fill, thank God. While I'm scratching my head at that one, I see a $160 charge to Macys. I KNEW I hadn't been to Macy's recently..And when I go, I use my Macy's charge to get the extra discount, then I make a payment to my card in cash immediately.

I was dumb enough to use these payday loan places to try and help cover other bills and after several months I am toast. The pressure is causing mariage problems and I am at my last witts. They call my work and home constantly.
