Are online payday loans legal in MN? I have 4 outstanding. I closed my checking account and I want to pay them off. Some of them have reported me to teletrack and DP Bureau. I live in the state of maryland and took out a pdl who in turn referred my account to a collection agency, now, this collection agency says in will be coming to my job tomorrow. can they do this? If not how do I stop them?

I had a credit card years ago (Providian) that was charged off. Later it was purchased by a collection agency and then again purchased by yet another. Both are on my credit report with the same amounts. The latter company is now charging interest and the original credit is almost 10 years old. I want to pay it but who do I pay? I fear that I will have to pay the debt twice and I can't afford that, nor do I believe that I should have to! Do you have any advice? Any would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I trying to clear up my credit debt. I stop me from getting a job i worked hard to get. Well it stooped me from becoming permeant . Iv been reading many stories about how to fix debt on here. But i have a couple of questions. I have allot of phone company charges on my credit that seem like there charging me multiple time for. I have a 1.Midland Cred -Its from a Southwestern Bell. I dont remember using this phone service. I read you can send a DV, what is the DV letter and is there a form to help me complete one so im not send a dear john letter to this company.

I have been trying to reach James Lombardo of Sifxpert for two days because we wanted to sign on with him. We can't get him to e-mail back. Does he work with other people? I have heard good things about him but can't imagine how he operates a business when he won't return e-mails from prospective clients. It has been very frustrating.

OK - In my field of work I hear alot of shocking things but this one takes the cake. I got a call from one of my credit card companies. Back in Feb. I set up a payment plan with them. They sent me payment stubs for my monthly payments. So - whenever I got extra money, I would send in a payment with my payment stub. I didn't have the money this month so they call me and say - where is your May payment. Now according to my payment stubs, I am paid up until October. I explained to the woman that I have been sending my payments in. She said I could not do that.

Today I first received a called 1-407-478-6847 and this guy goes into this ask for me and keeps on talking. So I just hung up because I did not want to deal with him and I knew he was not a CA. So he calls back from 407-478-6776 and tell me it about a "loan" that I have applied for. I have not applied for a loan anywhere. The he proceeds to tell me that I should be more careful on the internet and I should not be so rude. You think that he would get the point that I did not want to talk to him when I hung up on him. I tried googling them and did not find anything.

Debt-professor,care one,and superior debt services. I am in bad shape .Are these co's legit?Does settlement work? Im really not worried about credit rating anymore,just relief and hope. thanks
