Why do people have to lie. This is the info I got from my AG about 3bpaydayloans. This letter is in response to complaint ####. I feel like #### has taken advantage of my company. Our website clearly states that it is for Utah residents only at this time and that we are in the process of being approved in other states. We paid approximately three hundred dollars in fees to get ###'s business. We try to screen our applicants but some get through the system.

After sending them the form letter you guys provided, the first response was not nice but today I got an email clearing any open balance with them, and I should have since i paid them 1350.00 for a 300.00 loan!!! Thanks for the help!! I have two coming up this week and i sent them the letter but no response yet ameriloan & NLS/Cashnet, would it be better to contact ACH processor for them?? I kept one of my accounts open and closed the other which had the bulk of PDL'S coming out.

I'll tried to make this short. Last week I recd a call from a CA re: a 4/07 bill. I ask who the creditor is & they advised it was a local vet. (This vet requires 1/2 payment when the animal to dropped off, and the remaining half upon pick-up. I've never left their practice owing them any money.) I called the vet speaking with their a/r person. When she pulled up my name, she said there was not a balance and didn't know why the collection people were calling me. I was with a rescue organization 3 yrs ago and I used this vet for rescue dogs I fostered.

I currently have another job and have been making more money now. We got a lot more medical and other debt added recently to where we were going into the hole every month. For the last two months we were just about breaking even. We are currently selling as much as we can and cutting our budget down. I am commission payed but believe that if I can get two months ahead I will be fine. So should I max out my credit cards to get those two months? Otherwise I will not be able to afford my mortgage for this month.

since I have defaulted with CashnetUSA and trying to set up some kind of payment plan; at which they won't, but send what I can when I can, I received this over the weekend...and what is so funny is my loan number was attached to this email.. I only assume they are trying to tise me into filling out the information so they can get my new information...just thought I would share.. anyone had any dealings with enhanced recovery corp? they were extremely nasty with me and refused to take payments from me so i dont know what to do with this debt!

what steps do you recommend i take now? I have already closed my bank account and am joining pdl assistance. What else should I be doing? thanks, jczplace1
