I have 3 payday loans: PayDayOne - $1000; paid $180; $244 due on May 30th PayDayMax - $750; $143 due on May 30th MyCashNow - $750; $179 due on May 30th I signed up with PDL Assistance, and the $200 enrollment fee is to be drafted out of my account on May 19th. I tried emailing them today with some questions, but got a delivery failure stating "this address no longer accepts email". So, now I am unsure about using them. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Bottom line, I was young and stupid. I applied for WAAAY too many credit cards at a young age (18) and maxed them out. I got a pretty good paying job at the age of 19, and was able to pay my cards on time. Then, I lost that job at the age of 22. I had started college a year earlier, so I was paying for school AND bills, and when I lost my job, I couldn't pay those bills for a few months. I got a few temp jobs, but it was never enough.

I am at a loss on what to do with my chase credit card. I recently got behind on it when they added 400+ in accumulated finance charges. I have called and tried and tried to work something out but they seem unrelenting. Every month they are adding over 300 onto my account with different fees and interest. I don't know how to put a stop to this. I can never get ahead on this account with all the insane fees they keep charging me. Everytime I make a payment I turn around and look and more fees have just gobbled that payment up. I'm at a total loss on what to do.

I signed up with PDL Assistance yesterday, but had some more questions, and I was going to email them since there were about 10 questions, but I got a return failure notice saying that that address no longer accepts mail. ???? Does this mean it's not a legit company after all? I have read 4 or 5 postings from users on here saying they have used them and were happy with them. I was really looking forward to them taking care of this for me. However, if I can't go with them, can someone guide me in what to do to get rid of these PDL loans on my own?

Is anyone currently dealing with Starlight Financial? I have reported them to my attorney general and I have been requesting for them to send me a refund but everytime I email them the email get sent back to me and their web site is not working? Have they gone out of business or are they operating under a new name? Please help.

I called MyCashNow and asked for them to send me a copy of my loan agreement and they said that since it is my agreement, they are not allowed to send it to me. Isn't that illegal?

I believe PayDayOne is, and they also have a CSO. I can not find a physical address for PayDayMax or MyCashNow. I have emailed them stating that I was not able to print out a copy of my Loan Agreement and asked if they would email me on.

I don't know what else i need to do, i posted my info on a previous thread i need advice i don't want to get in any more trouble especially since i closed my checking account!!!

What PDL's fall under this. I have received two calls from this number on my cell phone, no messages left. One of my PDL's was with FTR Processing that I defaulted on. I had taken a $300.00 loan and paid back $450.00 and then closed my account. I'm just wondering if it's them.

I filed bankruptcy in 2003 and was an authorize uses on this account. I included this account now it is showing up on the original account user credit report for march of this year but they did not use the card i did. what do i do to get this corrected
