I am on SSD due to disability and I downloaded this form, I filled out my portion and my doctor filled out the required portion. If you fill this form out, ask your doctor be specific with date disability began and describe in detail how this disability affects your ability to work and function in the world.

I defaulted with VC Funding almost a year now. I thought they had gone away and this morning I received a voicemail from a lady named Kelly verifying employment on me. Does anyone know if they send wage assignments? I can't afford another wage assignment letter coming to my job cause my job will honor it. Please advise me thanks.

Can A Collector Back Out of a Payment Agreement? for any other reason than failure to pay as agreed? Looking it up but maybe someone knows the answer right off hand. actually the collector couldn't believe they had went into a payment agreement. i have the letter and read it to them in attempt to get them to update my payments on my CR's. this will be NCO the collector's from %^&* :)

I am receiving letters, 2 at a time, from law offices of Yellin and Goldner after I got screwed over on a auto lease a few years ago.
