I am not sure what is a "reasonable" inquiry and what is someone inquiring to lower my credit score; i.e. Collection Agent. I am attacking this part of my CR's next. I will do some research on here...
Thanks

Hi friends,
The wait is finally over. Well, I know that we are late in announcing the result, because we were not ready with the interface to make the necessary announcements. I apologize for that.

This is probably a silly question, but I've been known to ask a few. Anyways, what purpose does it serve to be anonymous? I would think that the more members guests could see, the better the chances recruiting more members. Don't know, I just had to ask. :?
I owe Washington Mutual Credit Card over $15,000. They gave me a 4 month hardship program which is up this month. I called but they say that is the only hardship program they have and I will have to pay $650.00 a month or they will take further actions. I make $9.00 an hour and owe 21 other cards that I am paying on. I am working 60 hrs a week to pay all my cards.I can only afford to pay them $300. Any advice on what I can do would be appreciated.
I received a letter from the Billing Department, from my Doctors office. I have an outstanding debt with them, which I TOTALLY forgot about..$65.00. I ALSO received a letter, reguarding my son...oustanding debt was $350.00. Well....this debt, for my son was suppose to go onto my ex-husband's insurance. Apparently it was 'denied'. So..they dr's office is sending ME the bill. Here is the strange thing....MY bill is not TOO old...they ( dr's office) said some time last year. But..they say my SON'S bill is over 3 years old. Why din't they send me something ( or my ex?) before now?
I found out recently when I went to rent a condo that I am blacklisted on a company called Saferent. It is something landlords use to weed out potentially risky tenants. I called and found out that they have me listed as being evicted 7 years ago. I was never evicted. I paid my rent late and they filed a notice but I paid and all was okay. I moved years ago and never had this problem until now.
I looked up 'assignee' and found this: assignee - definition of assignee - Individual to whom a title, claim, property, interest, or right has been transferred. In other words, Arrow Financial has purchased my debt from the credit card company, is that correct?
In an earlier thread this afternoon, I commented on the fact that three yrs. ago after undergoing a bankruptcy that the PDLs that I had were discharged. They all were, but in looking up my recent credit reports, bankruptcy for one of the PDLs is not even mentioned. The account was placed with Simms Associates, a collection agency about a month... three years ago before bankruptcy was filed. Will go to attorney's office to get a list of all the creditors to make doubly sure that this PDL co. was included. I am certain they were because their name was listed amid several other creditors.
