I had a payday loan company's collector call me threatning to press charges against me. I truly don't even remember borrowing this loan and ask could they forward the documentation to me. I told them there's no way I would try to steal money for a payday loan company. I have been caught up in the payday loan mess for years. They said I needed an attorney, and that they could forward the information to my attorney. I spoke with an attorney, and he said it was a criminal act for them to contact me with such charges. I don't know what to do? Any any advice here would be greatly appreciated.

I recently sold my car to a family member,she only gave me half of what i asked for it but wanted me to sign the title over to her so that she could pawn it and assured me that she would pay me the other half when she got the money but never did...Do anyone think I could take her to court and won?

I've been reading the posts about budd hibbs and I even went to his website. I was just wanting to make sure I understand what he does. So, you pay him money every month and he keeps it until he has enough to settle you debts, is that correct? What happens if a cc company won't settle what happens to your money then? Also, how far past due does it take to write off an account? Should you try to settle before a write off or after? Thanks reny

I have a question-I have a pdl with fastmoney911.com and I sent the letter stating that I overpaid and wanted the account marked paid in full-in the last week I have been getting calls and e-mails stating that they want to offer me vip services if I get a new loan? So I checked my account on their website and it says my account is inactive and the balance owed is $0.00-Does anyone think this means that they closed the account and I can mark this one off my list? I have four credit cards with three companies. Has anyone here had any success in settling with CHASE, DISCOVER or CITIZENS? Who has not had any luck and what happened? I am talking about with a debt settlement company. I have... CHASE: 11k and 3.3k DISCOVER: 7k CITIZENS: 5.5k About 26k in total debt and I have never missed a payment, but am now at a point where I can longer pay. It's pay the monthly payments or eat. I now need to choose to eat.

there is what i call another advertiser called alaska DES. he calls it debt elimination service. gives out phone # and says he can elimninate all debts.he is on alot of getting a loan posts.

i have not been able to pay on these for the past 90 days both have been in contact via phone mess. both claim they can prosecute. what can they do & what can happen to me.
