Civil Judgement

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about civil judgements. I had a friend that has his own business doing home improvements. Basically he just does jobs here and there. It really wouldn't be considered a business. Anyway, he was sued by a customer and they happened to win a judgement against him for $1,000. He doesn't have the money to pay all at once. What happens from here? He doesn't own anything and has no bank account.

We have made all mods mod to all forums for a better management but we still need forum specific moderators so that they can take care of the forum. I heard something very interesting today that I thought I would share with everyone. These boards have been so very helpful for me in my struggle with pdl's, that I wanted to give back. I was talking with the collections department at the bank I am with because I have been overdrawn -230.00 due to some pdls. I have had my account hard blocked for a couple of weeks now, but i still owe the overdraft fees. She asked me if I had filed my income taxes yet, which I have, and if it was direct deposited into my account, which it was.
