I have the following: MK Marketing LLC aka edollarsdirect.com aka midlandhobbysupplies.net Loan amt $300; paid to date $990 in fees (Sent an email to them on 2/12/08 advising that I wanted to payout..my email ignored...I have 4 different phone numbers and 3 different fax numbers for this place...I cannot get an answer to any of the phones when I call or fax) USFASTCASH.com Loan amt $400; paid to date $120 in fees No principle on either. As indicated in my subj I am in NC.

One more thing I wanted to say. I have talked to most of the payloan loan companies and they have been willing to work with me. However I did close out my bank account to stop the uncontrolled withdrawals and the huge overdraft fees. Guess they won't have much choice but to work with me if they want to get paid. One company my cash now refused to settle with me for about 3 months. they kept calling and refusing to work with me.

I am getting calls left and right from debt settlement companies, all seem to put a lot of pressure on me to sign up with them. there must be good money to be made by them because they are almost as bad as the all the calls I get from debt collectors. I am sick of them all and can't make up my mind to try settlement, working with my creditors or filing bankruptcy again. I file a chapter 13 4 years ago, I have one year to go on that. How did I get myself in such a mess again? I had some medical problems and got behind on my bills, things snowballed out of control from there.

Hey guys, CACV sent me some letters that they sent to the National Arbitration Forum in which it has statements from MBNA, and other things it such as previous addresses and etc. I sent them a Validation of Debt letter, could this be it? And is this valid? Has anyone recieved this before? It has exhibit 1-15 or something like that, and it seems pretty legit. Any help or advice would be appreciated I am pretty nervous now.

i defaulted on a payday loan and closed my bank account. they said that i wrote a check over $500 to my account and it is a felony.

Has anyone been called by these numbers? I just got called at home by an Indian sounding woman who came on the phone and said she was putting a resitution officer on the line about a very serious legal matter. The man came on and said he was a restitution officer with US National Bank and that unless my attorney contacted him by tomorrow morning something awful would unfold tomorrow afternoon. He said that I would be charge with check fraud etc because I went on the internet in 2005 which I did and took out payday loans.

I am sooooo glad I found this site. I've read many of the posts and although I feel bad for everyone saddled with a pdl, I am so happy to know I am not alone. I cannot close my checking account now and I have pdl due this Friday. Can I do a stop payment? I would rather pay the $35 stop payment then the $90 fee. Which I have been paying every 2 weeks since 10/07...why...because they change their phone number and/or fax number and I cannot never reach anyone. I did on online to the NC AG and file a complaint. What do I do next? Anything other than what I have read about on this forum?

Ok, so I'm on a payment plan with the IRS, but I did get one of those letters letting me know about the rebate, so does that still mean I won't get the rebate, it will go to my balance? Thanks Reny
