Can the payday cashnet usa take a person to court i live in fl

Hi. I posted a week or 2 earlier but I cant seem to find my previous post. Rapidcash took out 519 from my bank account with no notification putting it in the negative. I filed a complaint with the bank and I want to file a complaint with the state but i'm not sure if their even legal here. Also I paid them more than the principal amount as well so i dunno what to do.

I'm looking at opening a bank account for my partnership business with a friend of mine. The thing I fear is if a debt collector could come and take our business account or garnish parts of it. We are looking at the best route for making our business of either LLC, Limited Liability Partnership or a General Partnership and also getting an EIN for use with it. Could anyone offer any advice or information? Thanks a ton!

Hubby had a Discover card when he turned 18. Due to his lack of responsibility, he never paid it off. Last activity and/or payment was in 1996. This year, we started getting phone calls from Federal Pacific Credit Company in Salt Lake City, UT. 801-972-4550. I sent them two letters asking them to validate; which of course they could not because of the statue was way overdue (we are in New York). Last letter was sent in Feb of this year. Today, we received a 1099-c form, Cancellation of Debt. No letter was with it.

I authorized NES to take money from our acct. I know how stupid. They told me that they would take my car and my wages. I want to pay but I dont want them in my acct.My credit un. said they can put a stop on it. Which is good. I am wondering what will happen after that. Will they call or can I just send them the amount in the mail?

I ma being harrassed by this company and do not know why. I never took a loan with them. They call me, my boss, her boss, and also send letters to me, my family, my HR dept. I gave them my address and told them if they could prove I owed money I would be more than happy to pay them. They sent me a letter at home, at work,and at my dad's. They said I owed $471, but will not send me my contract I supposedly signed etc. I sent them a C&D letter and they will not stop contacting me - they said my request "is not reasonable". Now they are sending me NOTICE OF WAGE GARNISHMENT.

northway financial corp in the republic of malta has not put any money in my account but trying to collect funds even though i never got them put in my bank account.HELP! HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM

Does anyone know if this company goes by a different name? I found a phone number, but when i call, nobody answers. I also did a search on the web, but no luck there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
