I got another call from Payday Loan Yes. They call me 2x's a day at least every other day at work. I get calls from different people each time. Alisha, Tim Atkins, Joe, John, Mr. Narse and Meredith. I get a call first thing this morning when I walk into my office and it is a new guy and he mumbles his name I actually started cracking up on the phone. He didn't find it amusing anyway he says we need to discuss your debt. You owe us $495, since we had return bank fees, etc.

payday loan company- Legal Affidavit Office: Hi I am new here and have a question- Around 2004 I had many payday loans with many different companies. Through alot of hard work I paid off, or thought I did, everything I had record of. It took me close to 2 years to pay everything back. I kept all my records for close to 2 years .

I am being sued by Discover Bank for 3822.12 plus court costs (front page) Next page of summons says 3822.12 plus court costs AND interest. So Im lost as to the exact amount. I am summoned and required to appear....If I fail to do so a judgement by default may be taken against me for the relief asked in the complaint. Im not disputing at all the fact I charged the credit card and stopped paying....I did however try several times to set up a payment agreement with Discover to pay off the debt with lower than minimum payments. They asked what the most I could pay a month would be.

I received a summons for a debt. This is debt is not mine and I will be answering as such this week. However, included with the answer forms, I am asked to fill out, sign and have notarized a page called "Waiver of Service".

Northstar Location Services, Cheektowaga NY I read somewhere that these people from Northstar Location Services were bottom feaders in the collection world. well I recieved a collection letter from Northstar Location Services about 4 weeks ago and sent them back a debt verification letter.

I had several loans out in 2006 (none since) and they are all listed on Teletrack. Anyhow I went to chaeck advance store today just for the sole purpose of getting this information.

Would love some feedback on this. I've noticed there is a lot of email communications with pdls. Try copying your AG, Dep of Banking and rep for fdcpa (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act) on every email. The BBB has no power to enforce and therefore is ignored. Point out in your correspondences that you are copying them and make sure it is visible in the CC line. Copy their processing company as well. You'll get best results if you contact these departments for a name and email first instead of just using a generic department email. What do you think?

Ok now what do I do/respond?? On April 17, 2008, the business provided the following information: Ms. Hevnly: Our records indicate that you requested a payment form via email on 02/07/2008. That form was sent to personal information deleted for your security - Jason on 02/07/2008. In addition, 7 days prior to every due date, Geneva Roth Companies sent an updated payment form/reminder to personal information deleted for your security - Jason.

Has anyone ever had a problem dealing with this lender? I live in NC and payday loans are illegal. I want to pay them the original amount i borrowed($300) but they have added the returned check fees which now the loan is $480. Also do anyone have any information for Fast Cash? Thanks for your help in advance.

I have 6 count them 6 loans out all 300 with 90.00 every 2 week fees. I have not changed my license because technically I spend enough time at home in WV that I can still be a resident.
