Does that mean the SOL starts on 12-2005 or the balance date of 6/2006?

As most on here know I have been doing battle with USFastCash. I filed a complaint with the Tulsa BBB on them and that got me nowhere. They were making a good faith effort, blah, blah, blah. I have told UsFastCash a million times just how illegal they are and I only owe them $30 to settle a $300 loan. ( I have already paid $270.00 on the original amount.) I periodically check the website, and my account, to see if anything has changed. Last night I checked and low and behold, my account is now, or should I say, once again, showing a balance of $390.00 with a $90 payment due on 4/30/08.

I have an item 4 years old on my credit report. Would it be better to a) send a validation letter? b) attempt to pay the original creditor or c) contact the collection agency with a settlement to delete the item from the credit report? I'm pretty sure I can't do all three. Any advice?

I live in PA and here's a list of my payday loans: ok here goes: 1.Greenlight: original amount $200 paid $205 back so far in principal and interest 2. Payday services: original amount $400, paid $231 in principal and interest so far 3. 500 fast cash: original amount: $250, paid $280 so far in proncipal and fees 4. Fastwire Cash: original amount: $100 paid $55 so far in prinicpal and fees 5. Payday 1: original amount: $300,paid $57 so far in interest 6. Rapid Cash Management: original $200 I made no payments as of yet 7.

I fulfilled my contractual obligations with DirectV and even received a credit from DirectV of $20.67. However, DirectV rescinded on their decision and is trying to con me out of $166.33. Now the alleged debt has been turned over to AI, 323-372-6320. I checked this number and a listing for AI doesn't even surface. I mailed AI and DirectV the credit statement, but I did not send via registered mail. Should I send a registered letter to DirectV and AI disputing the alleged debt?

How do you exactly word this in a counterclaim? Does it stop a debt collector from selling or continuing future collections in a court of law? Is there a civil code to go by? Any information would be great.

I had a balance of 60 dollars on my discover card that closed off. I didn't even know i still owed, so i immediately paid it off. I didn't realize things can be removed or marked differently on your credit report. Is it too late to ask them to remove it?

if one person calling me stating tehy were investigator was not enough. i received a call from 305-853-8704 united processing a sean anders on who english is terrible. stating i am wanted for online fraud for getting loans and not paying, he has called 3 times in theppast half hour on my cell, he has called by job. he is rude states he will sned police to get me. unless i pay 581.00 to day he is collecting for a company called sagmore . what are my right here i am about to just have a break down this is to much for me. any assistance would be great.

from payday loan companies, did you ever receive them? How long did it take. Just trying to gauge how long I can expect to wait before WWC refunds me what they have promised.
