Hi, I have a debt that is sent to Alliance Asset Management. They said I need to pay it in full, remit or something. I am just out of the Army and am not working yet and def want to pay it dont get me wrong but dont have the money. The orignal loan is from Cash Net USA, online. it is for 315.00. They have called twice and I want to pay it but just cant. So what is next? How can I get no calls? Etc? Thanks for the help in advance. I priinted out the CD letter and what not is that it? Help please. Bryan oh also im in California does that matter?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with a company called "Payday Loan Assistance". I saw them online and got a call from them. They seem like they can possibly help me, but they have a $200 enrollment fee. I have about 10 payday loans out, 5 store front and 5 internet. The internet loans are the worst because the interest is so high. I'm in an endless cycle and need help getting out. I'm paying hundred a month in interest fees alone. I live in the state of Virginia.

Basically, I have 3 chpt 7's that were all dismissed for various reasons. I read something about possibly getting them vacated and hence removed from my report. Has anyone heard anything like this or about this? Any information?

I'm kind of puzzled that I haven't heard from three of my pdls. They were "rejected" from my bank account this past Monday, but no word or phone calls yet. (not that I want to hear from them). One of them is Discount Advances (Credit Protection Depot) they were initially "rejected" a couple of weeks ago. They did send me a nastygram the day after the rejection threatening me with the fbi, but nothing since then. Oh well...I guess I'll just wait. How long did it take others of you to start getting calls/emails, etc? The ONLY one I have really heard from is webpayday.

Hi, I have been reading quite a bit on this god-forsaken company, and I wanted to post my story and get some feedback. On either Feb 22 or 29 (I can't remember which) I received a call at work (they have never called me at home or on my cell) from this AI company. They said they were calling on behalf of an attorney (wouldn't give atty's name) and that they were calling to collect this cc debt that they had for me.

Would someone tell me how to communicate with Jason to get my points transferred to my paypal account.

I just wanted, in the light of a recent post made in response to mine, to clear the air on Sifxpert. I do not work for him. I was led to him from information from this website. My husband and I were drowning in debt. Our interest rates had been jacked up even though every one of our accounts was current and we had good credit scores. We had one lender once even show us our credit report and brag about how good it was. Still, we were barely afloat. I had looked at options to get us out of this. We had consolidated and it didn't work.

He states his name is Michael Trizer and the number is 888-441-4001. He left a message with pretty much the same nasty undertone that States Predisposition uses. When I called I got a receptionist who couldnt even tell me the name of the company. Just curious if anyone out there has run into this name or number before I contact them.

This may be off topic, but can you be terminated by a company due to debt that are being help by collection agencies? I had to have a credit check when I got hired and just don't want anything to bite me in the butt.

In response to your inquiry: 1) The six company names you provided are not licensed in the State of Michigan as Deferred Presentment Services Providers. 2) Being internet-based is not an exemption of Michigan statute. The location of the entity providing the payday loan (deferred presentment transaction in Michigan) does not create an exemption either.
