Have anyone ever heard of the company above in the subject line. Well, that is what they say they are. I took out several payday loans in 2005 and they are trying to collect. They keep calling my job and I have asked them not to call me at my job again. They will not tell me who the payday loan is from. They will not tell me their address or the amount I owe. They just kept saying am I going to take care of this matter now. I told them I have no paperwork and nothing was sent to my residence. They told me they have no paperwork.

I was told that i could go to jail for insufficient funds on a online payday loan. Is this true?

I got into online payday loans I borrowed 190.00 from Payday Max, and now owe them 492.32 I could not keep up with them so I shut down account at the bank and opened a new account somewhere else. I have been wanting to pay them but have not had the funds to do so. Anyway they called and said that if I did not give them a post dated check that they would turn it over to the county sherrifs office and that a bench warrant would be issued for my arrest. I have heard that this is bull.

Today at 3 oclock so little less than 2 hours. Doing a Bankruptcy with a paralegal is a lot cheaper but I dont know if it is the right way. What if the creditors come back to me like I saw in one post she said that they called her and she called her attorney. Well I wont have that. Do you think it is smart of me to do it with a paralegal. I do not have the money to pay an attorney. with her it will be 500 and that includes the filing fee. I have gone onto credit restoration and found great ideas. But they are not fast enough lol.

Help me!!! I have been lurking around for awhile and have learned quite a bit, but, I'm afraid it was too little too late and now I'm terrified of what might happen this Monday. I had a couple of storefront pdls which I will (thank goodness) be able to payoff this Monday. But, I also have internet pdls that are going to be due and the money is not going to be there. I have contacted my bank and have signed a stop draft order with them. They were very understanding and helpful and promised that the ipdls will not debit. BUT, what are the pdls going to do to me?

I have some pay day loan, I live in NC and want to know the laws regrading closing my account, Is is a criminal charge in this State?

This will be a big day for me. Today, when I get off of work, I will go (for the last time) into the store front PDL where I owe money, and make my last payment. I had evoked the extended payment plan a few weeks ago, at that time, I had promised myself I would NEVER get into the PDL mess again. But, things happened, and unfortunately I did. Well, today is it for me. Once I make that payment, and walk out that door, I never want to enter it again. Thanks to everyone here who walked me through my PDL nightmares. It will soon be all behind me, THANK GOD!! :)

I had to get two payday loans which were used to help get much needed prescriptions My husband and I are retired and live on limited income.At the time I was going to be able to pay loans back.But since getting them,we had to move the house was under fore closer(living with daughter) now paying rent,utilities and with prescriptions.It is hard to pay loans. Any help available? Appreciate hearing back . Thank you, Linda
