Hi, I have been recieving calls from Accet Acceptance for about a year now and it is not because of a debt that I own since thankfully I have none but because somewhere along the line my phone numbers both work and home have been connect with a person with a very similar name to mine that lives in another state. I am constantly telling these people that they have the worng information and every (when they aren't being extremely rude) they tell me they will red flag the number that it is wrong.

Can't we block this Clara Jones?

Well I just found out the Welman Weinberg and Reis have filed a compalint against me in county court. I have not recieved the summons yet. I was told the complaint was filled at the end of February and the date is set for November. What can I do? This is a debt that I owe, but I can't afford to make a huge payment right now. Any suggestions?

Is their a such thing or are they blowing smoke? I dont think its true, I just got a message talking about they were calling from the litigation dept.
