I live in TN and by what I have read in the forums, these internet payday loans do not have to be licensed in TN as long as they are licensed in another state and they have to follow their states laws. Can anyone tell me if any of these are licensed anywhere????

my husband had taken a loan from his ex mother in law in 2000 to cover rent and car payments and such.
