I want to see some of the sample credit reports, consumer versions and business versions. Can someone please help me see some. You can remove some of the important section and data.

Following people can access my credit report 1) Insurace agents 2) lenders 3) employer who else can access it?

Bankruptcy must be deleted after 10 years, student loan is never deleted. What about other entries, how much does it take to be removed from credit report. 1) bankruptcy - 10 years 2) Student debt - Never

Has anyone had any debts settled by SDS West of Ca? I have been with SDS for seven months & I am getting very nervous watching the balance on my credit cards going up & up.

I have a chargeoff on my report. when should it fall off? Is it 7 years from the date that it is opened or from the date it is closed. Please help as I am trying to repair my credit and this is an old debt from '99 that is still on my report. Thanks in advance. MJ

The original creditor charged off the debt many years ago. Is DOLA used to determine SOL? Does DOLA update if you make a payment to a CA on a charged off debt? Does SOL restart if you make a payment to a CA on a charged off debt? What happens to SOL and DOLA if a CA sells the debt to another CA? Does any payment to one CA affect what happens with a subsequent CA? Thanks.
