Have any of you had a problem with any of the Internet PDL's attempting to evoke voluntary wage assignments with your work place and if so, which companies tried this? TIA

Is there a format you should follow when responding to a lawsuit (Summons of complaint)? I have been doing some research on the web, so far what I have learned is; the response you write is called 'An Acknowledgement Of Receipt' which should be sent to the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff's Attorney, and the court which the complaint was filed in. Am I correct? Does anyone know? :?

If a cc has charged off your debt that means that they have written it off for a loss. If they then collect on it is that not illegal? They can't write it off and then collect or it would be double dipping?

Hi! I live in Ohio and I currently have 4 payday loans that I need help with 1. Payday one owe $400 2. Payday Loan Yes owe $300 being paying $90 every other week for couple weeks 3. Not sure name of company it was deposited into my account under purchase lease never $66 withdrawn every other monday 4. Money Center out of Texas owe $500 Can someone help me before my next payday on March 27 Thanks Michelle

I signed up with them just a week ago or so and today will be their first time to withdraw money from me..I have faxed over a cancellation form and have left my sales guy an email and sent them a message to cancel my account. The problem I think may happen is that I didn't cancel in the timeframe they say to; and I wonder if they will continue to get their fee even though they have done nothing yet...Not sure how to stop payment since i am not sure what will come across as who is debting... Anyone cancel with these folks soon after they started the program...what happened?

I am trying to stop these people from debiting our joint account. My husband took out a PDL a few months ago and now can't get any info from where he got it. I need help. We have to get these stopped. We are from PA.

Now we have made the visited links to purple from light blue. Is it better now? Need your opinion on it. Do a ctrl+f5 to see the effect (if the css is already cached on your local computer). Thanks, Vikas

I have too many payday loans! I am paying 3 off with my next pay check but i still have $1800 left to pay and since i am paying 3 off with my next check i am going to be broke! I am a single mom and i need help! Please respond...thanks. P.s. im in california and they are all internet payday loans
