Anyone else watching the reality show "High School Reunion" on TV Land? It's only two episodes into it and I am seriously hooked! And I rarely watch reality shows at all! The premise is, the have taken some people from the graduating class of 1987 at a high school in Texas. It's seems they have tried to represent the different types of "clicks" in high by the people the have selected; the bully, the jock, the drama queen, the outsider, etc.

Company call Legal Mediation I was recently contacted by a company called legal mediation about a credit card I had totally forgotten to make payments on. I was honest with the guy an told him that in no way could I pay the full amount up front but because of my job an how often I got paid I could do so much every week. He told me this was unacceptable an proceeded to tell me to find a way to pay it up front. I went to two financial places an got turned down for loans. Now it was my understanding that most places will set up payment arrangements. NOT THIS PLACE!!!

Last December my mom and I took out 2 PDLs, but it has come to our attn that on her bank statement she has four different PDls....Anyways,after paying over $700.00 for a $400.00 loan in 2 months We had requested for her bank to stop allowing these ppl to take her money but they didn't, so she has closed her acct. I am not sure what exactly to do now but if anyone could plz provide any advice at all it would be most appreciated. My daughter is being harassed by a collection agency, more than 3 calls per day from what sounds like India. It is for an ambulance service. The original charges were billed to one insurance she had and they paid their portion. She did not know that they had not billed her second insurance until she started receiving collection calls. She spoke with the debtor, gave them the insurance information, and they billed the second insurance for the FULL AMOUNT again. They received payment from the second insurer and combined with the first one they were overpaid by several hundred dollars.
