Hi I have a pdl company calling me all day at work (18) times yesterday, went to my house twice. Is this legal to go to my house and harass my 17 year old son while I am at work. Why are they doing this? Do they think I am going to go "here take my money". I am in the process of consolidation and they will start getting their money next week as I have told them. Hello to all, I have been turned into west asset management collection agency for one of my credit cards. They are calling all my family members asking for me. I sent them an email asking to just contact me at my numbers but if htey get one busy signal they call my family. How can I get them to stop calling everyone else but me. Hi Could someone post an example of a letter for not to call me at work for pay day loan people. I am in the final phase of loan consolidation, and these people are driving me crazy. some are calling (10) to (18) times a day and then going by my house at least twice a day. I have told them all they are going to get paid, but calling all day at my work is not going to get them any money sooner by doing this.
