I RECENTLY HAVE A LOAN FOR $1500.00 WITH CTC THAT HAS ROLLED OVER SEVERAL TIMES I UNFORTUNATLEY RECENTLY DEFAULTED I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND WAS WONDERING WHAT RIGHT DO I HAVE REGARDING THEM CONTACTING ME AT MY WORK PLACE THANKS

I had a loan with these people for about $2600.00. Paid half of it off. Anyways, my debts were pilling up & I had to file Ch7 BK. While I was in process of getting the BK paperwork together, the CC rep called and demanded payment or they would sue me (wage garnishment) before I could file the BK. I freaked out & said ok that I would pay them off via postdated checks. After speaking to an attorney, he advised not to pay them & include them on the BK. There is no race to the court house & a BK filing would halt (stop if discharged) any pending lawsuits.

My fiance and I are trying to figure out what to do about the payday loans that we have. This all started in Nov when we moved and needed extra cash to cover added expenses and bills. We just needed a little bit of help to get our heads above water. After selling everything of value that we owned, we turned to PDLs. Now, instead of getting our heads above water...we are drowning! So much money has been taken out of our paychecks that we can't pay rent this month unless we can find a miracle! Please tell me what I can do and where to start! Here is our list, all of them are internet companies.

help I am over my head on payday loan......

I have a problem, In 2004 I took out a few payday loans, apparently more than I could handle, they are all internet, unfortunately I do not remember all of their names. The payday loans were taking every penny out of my account and it still wasn't enough so my account went negative. In February of 2005 my bank made me close my account and I had to take a loan from my bank to pay them back. I opened a new account and had my checks sent there.

I had a business previously that has a line of credit with chase bank and one with amex because of circumstances i can no longer afford to pay the monthly amount they request the business is no longer in business although they used me to guarantee the loans . is there any way out of this mess I am trying to sell some things I have but don't now if these people will take less than i owe any help please I owe amex around 20,000 and chase about 15,000

100,000 in debt on unsecured credit cards between my wife and I. A mortgage that is 115,000 with a house that is in a falling property value area and appraising at 97,000. We are in a world of hurt. I also have a daughter in college who I am trying to assist. What can I do? Do I stop making minimum payments? I am still living day to day off of the cards for gas, groceries etc.
