Instead of complaining about the payday loan companies calling bothering you just do like i did and say fook them!!!!

I recently sent a letter to NOC Fin/27 to verify or prove that i owe them this crazy amount of money they claim, and today i get a letter stating this: "Dear (me) Thank you for your recent communication. I can assure you that we are committed to assisting you; however, we have been unable to locate the matter you have referenced from the information we have been provided.

Hi all, I had a bad credit card debt in 1997 and at that time, the bank (that issued the credit card) took it as a write-off / charge-off. They assigned the bad account to another collection agency (I forgot the name). This agency chased me for the debt and I worked it out with them through a debt counseling company. I paid them every month until I was out of job (and out of my apartment!) and told them I simply have no money and have a few dollars to pay.

As you know, I received an email from the Tulsa BBB a while back regarding ameriloan. I had a $300 loan and I have already paid on it for four months. They did take that into consideration and agreed that I had paid $360 on that loan, principal and fees together. That to me was a step in the right direction and I felt that I was getting somewhere. I countered their offer stating that $120 was way above what I owed and sent it back to the BBB.

Hello all, I received a letter from an attorney stating they had been retained by Citibank to collect a debt. I sent in the debt validation letter supplied by Cajunbulldog to the attorneys office and received a letter stating: Your letter was reviewed and this office is now advising you of the denial of any inaccuracy regarding your account. After reviewing your letter, the above information was verified with our client. This letter is being supplied to you as verification of the above referenced information. They haven't sent me anything other than this letter. Howe do I respond to them?

Well we are moving this weekend and I doubt I will be on much tonight or for the most part of next week. Our house isn't ready yet so we are having to stay in a hotel until it is ready. Everyone play nice with each other.

But, there is no COMMON LAW marriage here- so she didn't have health care for the first ten years. in 1996 i was involved in a car accident, and a resulting BANKRUPTCY. it wasn't much debt ($14K)-but i had no income!

Ok, need to vent a bit....my daughter just made me feel like crap! She and her friends tend to make plans to do something and then ask about it or I should say, inform me about it. She just called me to let me know she was home from school and told me she needed money to go to the basketball game tonight at school, that she and her friend were going to go. I told her no that she couldn't go because I didn't have the extra money and that I had given her money to go ice skating with her PE class and I have bought us dinner a couple of nights this week.
