Have a debit from 03/2003. Now showing as an LVNV LLC (same account # as OC) that has re aged to 05/2007. Sol is up I'm sure but don't know the exact date to use for this. I'm not sure the CA is licensed to collect in NE. Any help would be appreciated.

I received my first call (no letters prior to this)from Midpoint Resolution Group about 4 days ago. I answered the call and gave very general yes, nos and ohs to all the questions I was asked. He also told me that they were calling on their clients behalf and that I need to pay the balance within 48 hours or it would "go to court". I told them I couldn't speak to them at that time because I was at work.

Hello I have 10 outstanding payday loans. I just recently put a hold on all ACH deposits from being taken from my account. I have contacted the payday loan places that have contacted me stating they havent received payment. I told them I no longer have direct deposit and I would be paying by US mail. I requested there address and also a billing statement to be mailed to my address. One company already said they do not accept payments by mail and gave moneygram information. Is it me or does this not sound right? I do not want to pay the charge of sending moneygram.

Hi as stated before i'm new here and have seen everyone here have had these nightmares with pay day loan companies and would like to know if there is anyone that can give me some advice and/or help on paying these things off.

I have heard that when you file bankruptcy you have to claim the debts as a capital gain. Is this true? I am filing a chapter 7 and am worried how much it will cost me next year if I have to claim this $45,000 as a capital gain.

Upfront Payday Loan: 300 Paid: 0 I do know that my state does not allow rollovers, and I couldn't find any of these companies listed as being licensed to operate in Va (if anyone knows any different, please advise).
