The management of the loans suddenly went out of my control due to some unexpected heavy pay outs on medical & other emergencies which, now, I want to consolidate. what the heck is MMCA/C1. I have a debt, excuse me "charge off" on my report that is damned near laughable( for 34K!!!!!!, like that lil' puppy isn't affecting my score just slightly...looks like Citibank is at it again, along with old Equifax, Transunion, and Experian, slight defamation suit? reporting agencies and creditors? wow, that is just the beginning of the puzzle, this should be fun, thanks CRA's and Creditors, you've been great!!!!

I know it has been a while since I have posted about Kyle, so going to try to catch up a little: I have gotten to talk to him on the phone about 3 or 4 times now and have gotten some letters from him. He is doing fine, has been pretty busy, as I am sure you can guess. For the most part he has flown under the radar. He did almost get recycled, meaning he would have had to start all over. Not that he really got in trouble, but his drawer with all his personal stuff in there was not up to par. I know it sounds silly, but they can recycle them for anything. Luckily he did not get recycled.

I have found myself with almost 100K in unsecured debt. This is due to several reasons. I am now to the point that I have almost maxed out all of my credit cards staying current on the revolving debt. I took a 50% pay cut in my job so that I could have a more flexible schedule with my kids. Within about 6 months I SHOULD see my income start picking up again, but right now I am afraid that I am not going to make it until then. I was told by a business person to just stop paying on a couple of the larger debts. Keep paying on one of my credit cards, my house and truck.

There has been a lot of hype about 1099s. I have a question about them that I wonder if anyone can answer. Now, a 1099 is filed on a forgiven portion of debt, so it is counted as income, but what about interest and fees on that account? Can they be considered income? I am wondering if it is permissible to put the whole of the amount on a 1099 or if it can only be the actual balance of credit? I ask because it just doesn’t seem right that interest can be considered income because it isn’t, its fees and penalties, but still not income.

What is your cost for me and can I pay all debts in one monthly amt?

just wondering if anyone has been sued by DODEKA LLC and if so,....did you fight it? And ...how did it come out?
