I work for debt relief agency and am trying to help a client. I am looking for a physical mailing address for two loan companies: BIGE phone- 1-877-282-5450 GFF phone- 1-877-280-3359

I am 3-6 months behind on my CC payments. I also have some medical collections. I owe around $50K. My biz is starting to come back- homebuilder- but not fast enough. I am barely keeping me house and other bills paid. I cannot make basic payments on the CC's. I will be getting about 50% of what I owe paid to me in the late summer. Until then I am trying but not making much headway. Some of them are threatening collections and some are offering reduced payoffs. I have never had any credit trouble before so I have no clue what to do.

I had a loan out with Paycheck Today. I was not able to pay it and they turned it over to ARM. I have been making monthly payments which should have been completed next month. I had made arrangements to pay back $350 on the loan but, conveniently, ARM forgot to send me the agreement email. Now, they are saying I owe $675. The rep at ARM got mad at me and now, because, his exact words, I am making his job harder, he will not take payments anymore. I have written to Paycheck Today to offer $460 on a $400 loan (the Legal amount in SC) and they refuse to take the payment.

Hi, my husband is being sued by a CitiCard. We live in Louisiana and they acquired a lawyer in our state and he was served with a suit. All of his credit card debt was turned over to Freedom debt relief in March of 2007 and they did not resolve this matter and now he has to file an answer to the complaint and we do not have the money to get a lawyer to help us with the answer. Can someone give me an example of what to do?

Does anyone know if Fox Enterprise and Apollo Funding are the same company. I have a loan with Apollo but the debits from my account state Fox Enterprises. Thanks

I have weighed the consolidation and settlement options and checked out a few companies. There is no easy way to get out of the mess I am in, but Superior Debt Services seems like one of the better debt settlement companies. I signed up with them yesterday, but still have the 10 day back-out period to change my mind. Can anyone give me any recent feedback on them?

OK, so our news guy got it wrong yesterday, but for those interested in knowing, there is suppose to be a full lunar eclipse tonight. For us here in NC (eastern time zone), it is suppose to happen around 10:00 pm , give or take. Didn't know if anyone would be interested or not, but just thought I would pass the info on. :D

Just got an email this morning from the BBB. Making strides, but still not to my satisfaction. It goes something like this, and I am paraphrasing. . .she knew the terms, she understood the terms, blah, blah, blah and then comes the "offer", as a courtesy, we will extend to the customer a one time offer of $120 on the original $390 loan, since she has only paid $270.00 on that amount. This must be sent by Monegram and no later than the 29th of February. Not to bad if I had only paid $270.00 but I have paid $360.00, to date.
