PDL Nightmare want to get out and need a checklist for dummies on the steps I need to take to rid myself of PDL's. I work two full time jobs just to try to keep up and am drowning. I live in Michigan and I have all internet loans. SDS Processing 250 paid 150 MTE Financial 300 paid 90 SJM Marketing 300 paid 180 24/7 advances 200 paid 90 Cash transfer centers 600 paid 2200 loan shop 300 pd 180 What do I do first, I can't access the website to see who is legal and I bank at Lasalle which became part of Bank of America. I will gladly provide more information

Apparently my brother has been ignoring calls from Americredit trying to contact him. He apparently has been way behind on his car loan payments and is basically afraid to call them for fear they'll immediately take his truck away. Is there any advice anyone on here can offer? I told him he's going to have to call them and i'm sure they will be willing to work out some sort of increased payment plan with him to bring everything current, but he seems certain they will just take the truck back. Is there a good way to approach talking to them?

Ok, I never had to worry about my credit score before so I never really kept track. Now that I have to worry about it, I am trying to understand how the 3 bureaus can have such different scores. One score is 579. Another is 634. The information both has seems to be pretty much the same. Why such a difference?
