I took a out a student loan with a non for profit organization in 2005 when i was 17 years old (not legal) and signed a promissary note. Im 25 and its been 7 years now and they r sueing me for the balance, late fees, interest,court cost and attorney fees. I honestly didnt recall taking a loan from them as i was young right out of highschool and didnt know much. I stayed in the state that i graduated from college for about 3 years after graduation and did not receive any notification regarding payment for this loan. Im currently still in search of a job and cannot afford to pay them.

Hello please help... I recently was looking into getting a personal loan but my bank couldn't issue one due to my husband not working and me not having good credit. So I looked online and filled out some information. After filling it out I realized the loans were only up to $1000 which I don't need, my husband and I were looking into loans much higher. So I didn't request the loan. The next morning I received numerous calls from agencies asking me to finish my loan application. They even called me on my work number!

i had a loan with sure advance. i repaid 1st loan principal and interest off refinanced received 308.00. they have my loan balance at 700.00. am i only responsible for the 308.00 or do i have to pay the 700.00 balance
