My husband, and his business were made bankrupt in December 2006 - without my knowledge at the time, but eventually my husband and I discussed it, and we knew we'd get through it all.

I have been reading posts concerning paying back the PDLs. There has been discussions on what we are obligated to pay back.(just amount borrowed) I am wondering if that is just for the overseas places or does that go for all PDLs. Is there also a stipuation on if the company is allowed to operate in a particular state? Thanks, peggy sorry this isn't making sense.
