this is a good one. and interesting to show people just how bad it can be to pay your debt. 7 years ago i moved out on my own. not too long after that i was in debt with 3 major credit cards. fun fun. well i found this web site. DEBTCONSOLIDATIONCARE.COM they connected me to a company that would consolidate my bills and make payments to my cards for 50 dollars a month above what my minimum payments were monthly. okay i said how much less time would my bill pay off. well if i continued to pay minimum payments with the credit card companys. i would be 30 years older by the time they were payed.

:( I'm stuck with payday loans. I'm really at a loss. I'm enrolled in a credit repair (CESI) but they don't cover my mess with payday loans only my card and medical debts. After several months I'm still borrowing and paying payday loans and don't have money for my everyday expenses: rent, utilities, gasoline and food. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! I haven't added any further debts for several years but I can't get out of the payday cycle. My thought is I need a loan to pay things off and make a payment to a loan but my bad credit has made me not eligible for any loans.

I have multiple student loans outstanding. I've never missed a payment, and at present all are reporting as 'Open/Never late' on my Experian report. I presume that that's as good as it gets. I have about ten separate loans, for a total of roughly $25k. The payments are not a problem, but tracking the paperwork on ten separate loans is starting to be. I am considering a doing consolidation on these, just to simplify my book-keeping chores. Here are my questions...

I am a US citizen that left the US to live with my non-US partner in a foreign country. At the time, I contacted Verizon Wireless to let them know I was leaving the country and wanted to terminate my mobile phone contract. They said it was okay since I was leaving the country. They gave me a fax number and I faxed a letter with the details. The woman I spoke with at Verizon was very pleasant and helpful. I thought everything was ok until now 2 years later I'm suddenly inundated with letters from a CA (CBCS in Columbus, OH) saying I owe $720 (and they'll settle for $439).

I will start off my story by stating that I used to be an active member of this forum back in 2005. Those of you that have been on here for quite sometime, will remember me as Rhonda28. For reasons and situations out of my control, I slowly became inactive. Yet even though I was not an active participant for quite sometime, I still suggested the website to others. Just like others on here, I stumbled upon this website due to taking out numerous PDL's online. My situation at that time was that I was working 2 jobs and going to school full time while raising 3 kids.

I am in the state of Va I have a total of 5 store front loans 4 for 500 and one of 300. I have been rolling them over for the past 4 months paying over 600.00 per month for just interest. Is there any place in y area that will consolidate these loan for some one with bad credit. Please help
