I have a question about an uathorized withdrawl from my account. I owed old Credi card debt of $648.50 It was stupid of me but I gave the rep my checking account info over the phone and they deducted that money. But on top of that authorized withdrawl they made an UNAUTHORIZED withdrawl of $742.50. So my account was overdrawn over $900 because of overdraft charges. I spoke with IDT Carmel they said they are working on getting me my mondy back. But it isn't fast enough I have been living with no money for 3 days now. Is there anything I can do about the unauthorized withdrawl??? any suggestions

A collection agency sent me a letter telling me that if I pay my $250 bill from Macy's (like 4 years ago) that the original creditor will give me another card. I don't need another credit card and I'm planning on paying the balance but does this sound like one of their tactics or is it true since they told me this in writing? Any help would be appreciated. My 10 year old was trying to get one of out dogs to come in the house, he started yelling to his mom that he stepped on a snake and it had a bunch of colors. I go out there expecting to see a King snake (red, black yellow bands). I go outside and look under the AC compressor, well theres the snake and it's banded black, yellow, red, (red next to yellow kills a fellow) which makes it a Coral snake and not a harmless King snake. I get a .22 cal pellet gun but miss and the snake gets away.

What should I do when my court date changed, but I wasn't informed about the court date change at all? What should I do, I didn't get a chance to argue my side...the credit card company charged me off, yet failed to send me billing statements for five months. They sent me to a debt collector (claiming to have the account) after two months. I just missed those two month payments. Anyway - after missing those two months, the billing statements stopped. Then after five more months - I was charged off (didn't know this until later).

Anybody seen that movie yet? My husband is watching it now and that is so nice of him considering I am flying to Arizonia in a month..I hate snakes..the movie to me is so unrealistic, however I would be lying if I didn't say I am not going to be thinking of this while flying...I can hear it on tv in the other room...yukkkkk
