Hello Everyone. I love this forum and was wondering if you guys could analyze my credit report. You guys are a wealth of new knowledge for me. Obviously I know the chase card is my biggest negative. I paid 300 to the collection agency and have payments scheduled for the next few months. The CA told me they dont report anything to Credit reports till it is totally paid off. Is that true?? I made a payment to my Capital one card and and the balance is under $500 now, and also made a payment to EDSouth. I settled the walmart card last year in full.

I don't understand why your company is still taking money from me. $90 dollars every week. this is insane. Please contact me immediately for reasons I'm involving my attorney as well to stop this!

I am planning to send a letter to one of my creditors attempting to settle a debt for less than the balance owed. Is it best to request them to make a settlement offer, or should I suggest a settlement amount? I am hoping to use my income tax return. My living expenses will soon skyrocket (no more free rent) and I won't be able to make the payments. I greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
