In March 2013 social security checks are going completely direct deposit. I am very worried how to receive my money safely if its not an option to have a checking account or putting the money into a prepaid debit card. I do not have any other income. The problem is a judgement against my checking and if I filed bankruptcy I would lose my car. Also not an option. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

Hi, Zwicker and Associates sent me a garnishment letter. I paid the balance in full, soon as I recieved the garnishment letter. My bank account was still garnished. I have called several times for them to stop the garnishments and refund my money.They only give me excuses on why I haven't received any of my money back. They told me to wait 21 days. I waited 23 days and call them back, they still are giving me the run around and being mean. My job is on the line, they don't react kindly to garnishments. This is not fair what Zwicker and Associates are doing. I just want my life back.

I am having troubles defaulting on my installment loan.
