Also my storefronts never offered the epp or post it in the stor even though they are all members of cfsa

I just got an email from Ohio AG that Instant Loans Nows settled PIF and refunding the over payment of $70. I checked my bank account and there it was $70 deposited in my account. I feel so relieved that it is over with. I filed complaint on Jan 4, 2008 with AG. I am so glad I found this site.

You are not going to believe this one!!! I just got a call from AML for ameriloan and the woman told me my last moneygram I used to pay off my pdl with Ameriloan 2 years ago was no good!!!!! I burst out laughing!!!! I also told her to send me in writing proof that I supposedly still owe this and she said there's nothing to show--it was online!! I said exactly there's nothing ot show cuz I don't owe it!!!

I turned on my cell phone this morning and I had a voice mail from a Mr. Green at NRC. He stated that he had a serious credit matter in his office that dealt with me and I need to call him ASAP. He then stated that if I did not a decision would be made in my defense about the matter in the state of Kansas. Does that mean they are going to sue me? I have not received anything in the mail from these people.

Hello Everyone I have a few questions, I posted here a couple of weeks ago regarding my situation which I've listed at thew bottom of this post, and received lots of advice and help, which led me to close my bank account to prevent these people from removing any more money from my account. Of course after doing so I have received numerous calls from them regarding them no longer having access to my account to steal anymore of my money. I have not taken any of the calls just allowed them to go into my voice mail.

i looked in the "do it yourself" section for letters to send to my clerks office. i started the thread "is this legal?" and i need to send my clerk's office a letter about not being served a summons properly. Could someone help me put one together? I'm not sure where to start... Thanks.

I took out a loan and I had paid back $ 270.00. Today they took out a draft check unauthorized for $ 390.00. The total balance I have paid back is $ 660.00. The loan was for $ 300.00. I live in Indiana...The loan was back in Nov of 2007...Is there anything I can do? I cant close my checking account because I have my direct deposit in that one. I dont get paid until 2/8/08. Has anyone had any luck with getting a refund?
