Hello, I am FINALLY closing my Bank of America account today. I opened a new one already. I am dealing with paying off payday loan companies with 2 outstanding checks. How do I get the bank not to pay those checks after my account is closed? They told me they have to honor everything and that they reopen my account and pay them and I would have to pay the bank and the insufficient bank fees. This seems crazy to me. Can they do this?

why would you people give a loan to somebody that doesn't show proof of who they are? somebody has got a loan in my name and its on my credit report. IT WAS NOT ME. you need to fix it.

Hello, since the last two month we've been receiving phone call from Zwicker and Associates, and they always ask for a Brian. They are calling a private home, my husband is a Protestant Minister, and we do not have neither ever have a Brian living here, its only my husband and me and our cat who living here. Everytime they call us, they asked for Brian, I told them several time, that they have a wrong number, then I ask them one time, , what number do you have?, and they gave us our current phone number.

I am also in a HUGE mess with installment loans through Check n Go, EZ Money and The Cash Store.

I have an abstract judgment with arrow fin services back in 2005 for an account that's has Ben paid in full by my ex husband. ( I co signed him at that time). I did not aware that the judgment still open against me until I sold my condo (Oct 2012) and found out they put the lien against my property. Title request me to remove the lien from prelim. I did not have any info of arrow fin services company neither talked to therep due to the company no longer in business. How can I resolve this situation?pls help.

Hello, i just recieved a notice at my part time job from the irs stating a garnishment knowing the next week from now the process is taking place on my primary job as a teacher asst. How can i resolve or make arrangements at the irs so they wont garnish my paycheck cause i dont have any money to pay any fees etc..please help
