I have close my account to stop these loans people taking money out what should I do now

After speaking with the Texas OCCC and Texas AG Division of Consumer Protection, I want to know how many of you dealing with Cash Call, Inc. on a Western Sky Financial issued loan are Texas residents. If you fellow Texas Residents can respond to this thread or PM me, I want to make sure you are included in my letter to these two agencies and Texas Faith for Fair Lending. Texas needs to do a better job protecting its residents and unfortunately it's going to take the power of numbers for our voices to be heard.

I had sent a letter to one click cash several months ago advising them they are not licensed in the state of Alabama and to send me an email with an address and to not call me or my friends or family and I would mail them payments in never hear from them, my account has been closed and I have set up several payment arrangments with other licensed PDLS.

Has anyone ever heard of these people? They keep calling and leaving messages on my answering machine. I refuse to speak with them. And if you have an address that would be great as well. Robin.

i did a payday loan online and before you knew it three of four companies all deposited into my account. know they are all collecting and they never provide phone numbers to contact them so they can be paid...my last paycheck had over 600 in fees alone from these companies...how can i stop this madness.:twisted::twisted:

I have an account which was originally a Citibank card. About 5 years back it was sold to Bank of America. My husband and I started a business which ending up failing. We entered into a hardship program with Bank of America because since we had already settled over $25000 with Chase that is all our funds would allow us to do. Fast forward 18 months and I am behind on my account 3 months. Now account has sold to Barclays. I was in the middle of renegotiating the terms with BOA and now I don't know what to do? Any suggestions?

I receive a letter from Arrow Fin. Serv. with a W-9 Form requesting my ssn or ein. I don't remember dealing with them. It may be about a debt I paid off in 2010. Is it normal procedure for them to send such a form? On the W-9 form it has,Request for taxpayer identification number and certification. I mainly wanted to if the company is legit.

I just took out a PDL with fastefunds and now feel uncomfortable with it since i read the posts. I borrowed 400 and so far they have taken out one payment of 60.00. I am not looking to get out of paying the loan plus the borrowing fee since I did needed the extra cash. I probably will close my account as soon as it is paid in full, without giving them the chance to take more than agreed to. Indiana wasn't on the illegal list and I'm not sure how to checkit out. I havent found the link on the internet to look my account up yet. I also dont know the address. can anyone help me?

Has anyon revoked their ACH with CashNetUSA? I'm trying to do it by email and I keep getting emails back telling me my payment amount and the due date and that its set to automatically come out but nothing about removing the ACH. Do you have to do it by mail or over the phone?
