Now can I get the address and to whom I would write the letter to? I have to forum letter found on this site. How much would you offer with the 1st letter? 50% off the amount, 25%,75%? Thanks

found this budhibbs website searching for things on the web today. since i can't put a link you'll just have to put in his name as above and the dot com. but go to this guys home page and he has lots of junk debt collectors listed where you might be able to click and find out many things, phone #'s, addresses, etc. about these bad operations harassing you. and how they might be connected to other companies/agencies. hope this is all ok administrators? hopes this helps someone.

I've read many post on this forum and have found many of you to be very naive about money management. I like you have had this problem. What changed my view on money management was when I started listening to Dave Ramsey on the radio. Most people are broke and living paycheck to paycheck. They are a debt settelment company that deals with all unsecured debt including pdls. At least this is what the have told me. They are are part of twin capital mortgage. If you look under the debt store just add com. This will pull it up . Any info is great....

Has anyone used the online tax programs? Do you have a favorite that you think works better than others? I am going to try the H&R Block one this year, I have surfed through it and it seems fairly easy, just plug in all the information and it will do the calculations for you. Have you tried any of these programs, if so what has your experience been good or bad, I will be doing them over the next two weeks and would like to receive some feedback on the pro’s and con’s, appreciate all the help and advice that I know that I will receive here.

What will you do with your tax refund? Will you take care of a debt that has been lingering over your head? Tax time is the perfect time, this is money that you were not counting on, or maybe you were but why not take the opportunity to take care of even one smaller debt. It would be one less that you have to worry about. I am going to make that extra mortgage payment that I have not been able to make and get myself ahead of the game, I started this last year and want to continue it for the life of my mortgage. It is going to let me get rid of my mortgage sooner.

If you know that a payment is not going to clear you had better contact the company before it comes due. If the company is not notified then the expected payment will be put through your account. The company will then put the full amount through your account a few days later even though the original payment didn't clear. If this final payment does not clear you will be contacted by a collections agency.

The problem I have is that my original loan has doubled and they are not trying to help resolve my issues. I have asked for a loan agreement from the loan I applied for and they have refused to provide the information to me. They have agreed to a settlement of the original loan amount but I am cautious about that for the same reason. mark

I recently got a summons from citi financial to go to court for a 7,000 personal loan that I haven't been paying on. I'm currently in a debt settlement program with Campos that I just started last month. Anyone ever had this happen?
