I have a payday loan through NationwideCash.com (AKA Ambassador) and they have scared so much that I don't know what to do. My original loan was $500. I paid the fee of $125 twice and on the third payment, because there was not sufficient funds, it was sent back by my bank. I have since closed my account to avoid any further fees. I honestly thought that if I called them, they would be willing to work with me. But when I called last week and offered $100/month, they refused. They want the balance (now $780) paid off within 90 days. I just can't do that.

Did you ever go to a restaurant and servers walk by and deliberately do not look in your direction. It is annoying. How does it make you feel? I see people come to this forum needing help but their area of need is not necessarily as simple as others to resolve, or maybe we just do not know the answer. Please do not let these people drop off the bottom without a response. I had one my posts drop off recently because none of my friends knew what to say. I know the reason because I work here. Others don't. They just leave with a bad impression or post again the same question.

Hey there ~ Was wondering if cellphone companies report positive accounts to the bureaus...or do they only decide to do that when an account goes bad? I'm never late on my bill so I am hoping you'll tell me they'll add that account to my report :)

I have been getting voicemails stating my loan application has been approved. I haven't applied for anything. Anyone have any idea or have heard of this company before?

I sent a validation request letter to Burgess law Offices in New York, they signed for it Dec 4th 2007 and I have not heard from them since, I do continue to get daily calls from them but I do not answer and they leave messages and I have saved them all, I have also wrote down the times but they show on my phone too. They have threatened to have me arrested, to call my Family and tell them I want pay and I am a dead beat and they have also told me they will put it in my local news paper, I know they cant do this but to be treatend daily gets old.

My husband has really bad credit from some bad decisions made when he was younger. He has a few unpaid charge off's and several small debts that are in collections. What is the best way to start repairing his credit?? He owes a total of about $13,000 in bad debt which we don't currently have the money to pay those things off. One of the collection agencies has already sent us a few offers for settlement (they want to settle a $3400 debt for $910)but we don't have the money to pay it all at once.

So I was going to sign up for Langhorne Debt Soultions, until I found this site. IWell, I never signed up completely and I'll get the occasional email stating, "Do you want your whole tax return taken by pay day lenders? Then let us help you". Is there honestly a way they can take my tax return? These are illegal internet pay day lenders.

I have this company in my credit report 3 times and it describes one as paid in full or lesser amount and the others of about 1300 each. both stating a one month term. Do you know what kind of company this is
