I am in Missouri. I need help understanding my girlfriends garnishment. We are in state of VA she is to be garnished until approx 2700 is pulled from pay the papers state 50% of disposable income how do they calculate this. the hearing date is 12 may 2008. this stem from a chapter 13 from her marriage she was to pay her ex-husband as he paid the actual bankruptcy payment. He won a default judgement in july of last year and the papers were served december 14th 2007.

It seems that my letters have gotten some response from a CA. On one credit report, Experian, they changed the account to No Status and removed all information except for the dates, everything else is just blank. Why they did this on this report and not the other two is beyond me. What I am wondering is if this 'no status' listing can still negatively affect my credit. Should I demand full removal or just leave it alone?
