Hi, I owe money to 4 different credit cards. One of them sent summons yesterday. But I left USA 7 years ago. I paid for 2 years from overseas but after that I couldn't as I lost job. Even when I was in USA my work visa got expired so I had to leave US. Now what will they do cause I can't come to states to receive the summons. Will the judge give the judgement eventhough the summons were not received. I am so confused. I am so far from USA that I can't visit for another 2 years. I am living in Newzeland now.What will happen now.

I have pdl with cashtransfercenter so I am understanding that this company is illegal in my state which is Florida? Also, since they are illegal can they put me in the credit bureau?

Don't have money 4 laywer & have trial this Mon. At first court date I filed my answer, stating I deny owing the junk debt buyer anything and requested that they provide their proof in a written agreement that I signed with them as well as show a record of payments I made to them - if such docs couldn't be provided I requested that the case be dismissed with prejudice. Junk debt buyer never provided proof & judge set a trail date for this monday. How can I best respresent myself at this point?

I contacted a company to try and do a debt managment program-and they ended up taking money out of my account each month- and not paying or contacting anyone! I was able to get a portion of my money back from this company. I eventually contacted another company and entered a dmp, all of my credit card companies were willing to accept but 2 of them. In the meantime, I have received notice that these 2 companies sent me to collections.

Has anyone had any experience trying to get a refund from ameriloan or One Click Cash ? I'm sure these companies don't do refunds often if at all, I just wondering if it's worth a shot.

when a listing is on that is past 7yr can it be removed by writing a letter

I am almost out of this nightmare! However, I have been unable to pay Ace Cash express in columbus, ohio. AFter almost 90 days they sent me to their in-house recovery. They told me I have until the 10th to pay the $503 (check was originally for $460) or it leaves. Then the lady said at 12:05 pm if it is not paid she files and calls to verify if I am "onsite" at my job and that is all she needs to do. I can only pay half of this balance. What is going to happen to me? Has anyone dealt with this?

I am in debt with many payday loans and they are eating me up every month with money, interest fees. I need to get away from them now, because I can not afford them. I just keep on getting farther and farther behind with them.
