I recently inherited $9336.00. All debt is credit card debt BOA- $2122 Citi- $5400 Discover Card- $8800 Wamu- $2900 I am current never late on any cards, but it is getting to hard to constantly be in debt and never feel like i doing anything to the balances. I would like to do negotiation on my own, but am scared that I am just going to screw myself even more. Any suggestions out there? In fact I paid Disc $300 and they upped my credit limit 1000 even though I wrote a letter to tell them to stop. I do not have great credit (avg fico 658).

Can someone please help? I called a debt consolodation company and paying $800 a month over a 2 year period is going to help me get out of debt. I can do this, but I am short the $400 a month. This is so depressing. I don't want to file bankruptcy. What can I do? I am behind $17,000

My mom has several pay day and "installment" loans which are basically the same concept as pay day loans..I think maybe 8 plus is the number of loans she has so far We try to swap money to help each other out as she gets paid on the opposite week as we do. Well, it's is to the point that we are "sharked out".

I have a disputed amount with T Mobile, now 4 years old. I discontinued them 4 years ago for non-performance in our area.T Mobile showed little interest to come to a settlement. Since then, I have been contacted by several CAs. Now,I received the standard debt collector letter from Mitchell. I ahve read very bad reports about this firm. They offered me a settlement of 40% on the original debt which I have contested with T Mobile.

I'm currently in a Ch 13 and I kept my car through it b/c the trustee makes the payments. Well, my question is, can I turn around and give the car up in the BK b/c the creditor will be getting more than the car is worth by the time my BK is done. I would only do this if the trustee would agree to let me find another vehicle that is cheaper, but I also know that I would have to make the payments outside of the plan, which I think I can afford.

Happy New Year Everyone, I had many pdl's and I am now working wih T&C I just started with them a couple of weeks ago. This morning I received an email from myloan usa saying that my loan of 390.00 was paid in full. Can anyone shed some light why they would send this out to me. thanks
