Hi, I just had someone calling and threatening me about paying back a payday loan. She said the the loan was from PAYDAY LOAN YES and she was the attorney for them. She kept saying that this was the final attempt and then she would be faxing over the paperwork to my local authorities and have me arrested. I kept asking her to mail me some type of documentation proving that this was indeed something I did because my identity was stolen in the past.

I have 3 loans currently. 1 Installment loan, and 2 payday loans. I live in Ohio. Checkngo.com $3000 loan, $462 every two weeks. Have paid them $3,703 so far. Cashnetusa.com $1000 loan, $186 every two weeks. Have paid them $320 so far. Eastsidelenders.com $1000 loan, $300 every two weeks. Have paid them $550 so far. All three loans are current, but due on the 29th and I can't do it anymore. Just too much with other bills, rent, car, utilities etc. Not sure if I should default on them and deal with creditors, get a consolidation loan or what I should do.

I lost my job and was unable to sustain payments on payday loan with Fireside Cash. I had a loan in the amount of $400 and paid a total of $360 in finance fees. I gave them advance notice that I would not be able to pay until I found anothe job. I now have 3 different companies calling saying they own this debt and the balance is over $700. Any advice on how to proceed with Fireside Cash? I reside in the state of Wisconsin.

I was served a summons back in July. I entered my answer online via the court’s website. I finally had my day in court in the Cobb County courthouse against Hanna. Thanks to this website as well as some other internet sources, I was able to get my case dismissed. If you do NOT show up, you have already lost the battle. Don’t be in the 90% who allow themselves to get default judgments without putting up a fight. You only have 30 days so make sure you send in your answer and deny all of the claims if you are sued.

I posted last week about my husbands payday loan with Zip19. We closed the bank account and spoke with payroll getting both copies of the revocation letters. I sent the letter off to Zip19 on Tuesday night. On Wednesday morning, we were denied access to the account, which to me, is proof that they received the email. I had asked for a reply within 48 hours and of course have not received one. There has been no contact what so ever. What next?? Should I just let sleeping dogs lie or should I follow up again??

First of all That is a strange amount even with interest.Then to play along, I answered the email, and a guy by the name of Paul Adams, number is 786-406-6099 responded. I called the number, and it sounded like the same guy who said please hold for Mr. Adams.After I stated my case to him, he then said I can pay $300 to settle, and when can I start payment.. He had a middle eastern or Indian accent as well. If anyone has info on this company, and how I can check the information on them, I would appreciate it..

Wanted to share a story with you all. So I have PDL's out with 500FastCash and UnitedCashLoans. I know, my bad! Anyway, earlier this month I emailed both customer service departments asking for a copy of their license to do business in the State of Missouri. Each PDL response was to basically lock me out of my account info and send me to collections. Nevermind I did not miss a payment, just simply asked the question. Think they are illegal???? LOL Anyway, 500FC calls me daily and I have not heard anything from UCL?
