Well these slimeballs crawled out of the woodwork today :evil: I had a nice little chat with mr. brian in customer solutions. Then it turned into more than a chat. When i had him recall a line in an e-mail I sent him in Oct he got mad. So now he is supposed to be sending me a settlement offer in my e-mail for the princ. and loan cost (loan set up fee) or he was going to send me to collections. ohhhhh like they would have a leg to stand on? So I called NV and have to send them my e-mail I sent to them about not calling me. And I am also sending my BBB complaint.

Who is this guy? He has emailed me twice about a loan from Westbury Ventures saying i need to pay 520 on a 300 loan. Never took a loan out with them unless they were bought out.

Yay! just a quick note, I called one of my outstanding credit cards and they offered me a 20% settlement! I jumped on that and I am using my bonus to pay for it. Original balance was $17,900 after late fee's interest, etc - the final balance was $20,500- and they agreed to settle for $4100!!! They faxed me a offer letter and I accepted!

I received the actual verifcation on a debt that I owe to Cingular wireless. How do I go about negotiating with them on the final bill of $375.00 which includes an early termination fee? How does this process work? I received a letter from Mitchell N. Kay stating I had a $6,100 debt to Honda. The letter was dated November 3, 2007, but I just received it December 10, 2007 because I moved. i know these guys are questionable, but I've read that they have frozen some account apparently before. I sent them a debt validation letter on the 10, which was technically after that "you have 30 days" thing. A few years ago, Pressler and Pressler sued me.
