I went down and closed my account and reopened a new account. All went well and they told to watch my account but nothing should be forced through, they are a small bank and do not have an arch department. They told me since they knew what was going on that if something should come through my new account they would reverse it.

They just left me a message saying that they recieved my complaint from the BBB and to call them back :?

I applied for a loan in october 07, it is now in december and they keep taking my money. my loan was for only 250.00 and total to date is 535.00 they have taken out! i want my money back

OK, I have a friend (yes, it is really a friend and not me) who got a notice in the amil yesterday that he has an arrest warrant issued in Berkeley County SC. He called today and they said it was for a bounced check in 1991 to Jiffy Lube in the amount of $6.72. Isn't there a statute of limitations on this? He lived there when he was in his early 20s and in the Navy....never had any correspondence about this in the past (at least not in the last 10 years). It seems a bit ridiculous! And, for this to be a criminal matter, don't they need to prove intent to defraud? Thanks!!

URGHHHHHH! Ok so CACH was still showing my collection acct as not being paid. Which was paid in Sept 07 so i disputed it. I got the results back today and they changed the amt owed to "0" but the Status is D UNPAID Now what? How can they change the balance due to 0 yet still say it's unpaid?? I'm SO annoyed and it's too early to have CACH being a thorn in my side again! Help plz, Ang

My creditors still have'nt recieved a payment. It's been eight days since my payment to DebtCC of $174.00 has been made. How long does the process take. I have never been late before. Now on top of it, I owe $65 dollars in late fees, and thats to only two of my eight creditors. When will my creditors be paid? I dont want any more late fee's.
