Ok, T & C starts on Monday. YEA!! I finally have the money to do this. Checksmart and express say my deadline , final, final deadline is Dec. 14. becasuse it was sent to their legal department and I begged them for the 14th. Now, my question is does express/checksmart always go through legal mediation first or is it a strauight civil matter. When T & C calls them monday it may be too late. What do I do?

Looking for a reference for Four Peaks Financial Service

I was contacted yesterday by an agency hired by a payday loan company (my cash now) to sue me in court if I don't cough up $1100 by this Friday. I have learned a hard lesson about payday loans, and had several. All of these companies except for this particular one were willing to negotiate a settlement/payment of sorts. They are now threatening to have my wages garnished. I found out since I originally took out the loan that my state (Louisiana) limits loans to $350, yet I was able to get $500 from them.

Ok, I went to my bank and this is what I was told: - The bank called Westbury and they said it’s for a loan that I took out last year and that, in addition to the $390 they already took, they will be taking $90 on the 14th and $90 on the 28th.

:oops: :oops: Well I broke my own rule and applied for a share account and a credit card with them. The membership and share account was completed 100% online in seconds. Now since I blew another credit inquiry,I will be out of things to do in 2008. :lol: :lol: I am awaiting the credit card decision right now.I had to call in since their web application was a little mind boggling and I applied twice for the same card. I asked for their max of $40000 credit line and will let you know when they get back to me.
