I signed up with Sifxpert about a month ago and e-mailed him a few times over the last 2 weeks to see how things were going but I never got a response. Anyone else have any luck?

Should I be concerened? I have e-mailed, snail-mailed, and certified mailed FBDelaware about my account which I have not paid on. I have had no response from them. It is coming up on another payment date and I am today revoking payment authorization via fax if I can find a fax number for them. I have not closed my account but there will be no monies in the account due to me being very ill and unable to work. My work is suggesting I go on FMLA in which case there will be no monies in the account for quite some time. Should I be worried about no response to the communications?

Does anyone know what the short term/pay day lending laws are for Pennsylvania? Maybe I'm being blind as a bat, but I can't seem to get my hands on them..thanks in advance!

Im in a really bad financial state with my debt. At this point i dont even know where to begin. In the past i have been very careless and naive with my money and loans that i have had. I have debt that i dont even know what it is anymore. I really screwed up while i was younger starting with my student loan that i am in serious default on. Everything has gone into collection. Some of it being from 4 or more years ago. I closed my eyes on the situation and just acted like it would all go away. It hasnt, i get calls eveyday that i never answer.

Bargain net charged A 39,80 from my husband's account in citibank and my husband told bargain net to cancel this membership of 39,80 and the lady did not cancel. These people from bargain net did not take my husband calls either. They took illegally 39,80 From his account. Since 2005 bargain net is ripping of consumers (see rip off)and i want to report Bargain net here. debt consolidation care will help me To stop bargain net to steal money from innocent consumers.

Suntrust screwed up! My husbands truck is under my father in laws name and it is financed by Suntrust Bank, we have a special program where you can't be 21 days late because they will start repo process. On October 10th I received a letter from Suntrust stating that it was time for us to skip our next payment which was due November 5th but I had to send a $15 check or money order, so On October 12th I mailed them a money order which they cashed on October 17th. So on November 27th something told me to call the bank to make sure that everything was ok in the account.Guess what!!
