I just found out that my wife took out a payday loan with Oneclickcash.com back in July for $500. She handles our finances and I knew money had been tight recently, but now I know why. They have been taking around $150 every two weeks out of our checking account, totally nearly $1200! After I confronted her about it and telling her we have to stop this now, she says that we still have to pay $390 back for it to be payed off.

I was just wondering is Northstar Cash the same as Northstart Location Services. I have someone calling me saying I owe these people from like 4 or 5 years ago and that I tried to write a check to these people that had NSF. For one I don't remember the name and two I didn't write a check to anyone that has that name. I haven't received any letters from these people, then all of a sudden someone named Mark Sanders calls me from this place called ACR Associates and told me they are filing papers for me to go to court.

I have gotten myself in a bad financial pickle. It started with some car repair and dental work. I got an installment loan, and ended up needing more payday loans to deal with the monthly charges. Long story short: My credit is very poor and I now owe thousands of dollars, mostly to try to pay off installment loans. However, I am also trying to pay off some existing debt. I will probably be owing money on my student loan for the rest of my life, My question: Are there any banks/credit unions/loan companies willing to give a personal loan to somebody with very bad credit?

Hello, My daughter took out a payday advance loan in Fort Myers Florida and was arrested for a violation of probation charge. She is currently incarcerated and has not paid her loan back. I am in default with 2nd mortgage with HSBC. I have had no success in talking with anyone at their office. I have recently received a letter stating my full loan amount has been accelerated, and is in the Recovery Department. I would like to work out a payment/settlement but have no funds at this time. I am reluctant to attempt conversation since my previous experience was sub par to say the least.

These 3 companys are taking well over half my paycheck. will get the amounts I have paid soon. Any help or input would be so appreciated! My husband and I are in the early stages of filing for chapter 13. When we submitted his paycheck stubs to the lawyer his monthly payment was misrepresented by $300 a month. We did a budget for this month and we are not going to be able to make the payment to the trustee and pay for groceries and my husband's diabetic supplies. Are we stuck with this payment or can it be lessen? The lawyer told us that it had to be that much based on the equity in our home.

What do I do? I have advances with express check advance check advance and personal money network but my bank account is overdrawn and now i cant pay them back :(

I am having the same problem with a payday loan company called cash yes.com, I am paying $90 weekly on a $600 loan. So far I have only paid $35.00 toward the loan. I have two other loans that I am trying to pay off as well. I do not want them to withdraw from my account any longer.I was going to close my account down and then pay them off my western union, but I want to make sure that this is legal. Thanks :confused:

I pending debt of 6 thousand dollars from a debt of the time I used attend the military but was not able to pay the debt. I want to know whether collection company of america can help me with paying for the debt, specially getting a reduction to a price I can afford. Let me know if I will be required to do a credit report to find out which is the last collection company that holds my debt?
