Has anyone dealt with FTR Processing?

18 years 2 months ago
I filed a complaint with the bbb on ftr processing has anyone delt with them? this was there reply Our company does not fall under your states law. It is represented soley under the laws and regulations of Nevis, West Indies. It is all stated in the contract under the governing law portion of your loan note and disclosure. I would be more than happy to work out an arrangement to get the initial principle back and close out your account. Please contact Eddie at FTR Processing and we can take care of this. Thank you

Beware of credit card with 96% APR

GRAND RAPIDS -- A 24 Hour News 8 viewer received a loan offer at 96 percent apr and wanted to know if banks could charge that kind of interest. "When I read through this letter it just really appalled me. It really made me irritated," Kenneth Stangle Jr. told 24 Hour News 8. The offer was not a typo. He received the unsecured loan offer from Brookwood Loans of Sioux Falls, South Dakota last week. "The interest rate on this is just unbelievable. To me, I think it's loan sharking.

How do I respond if Asset Acceptance sends me summons?

18 years 2 months ago
I recieved a summons stating that I am being sued by asset acceptance llc. I do owe them but I can not pay them at this time. along with the summons there is a letter stating that I can call them to arrange for a mutually agreed payment arrangment, yet I can't do that either because I can not commit to anything at this point. so my question is, what is my first step in handling this?? I have no idea what to do.

My personal bad decision hell of payday loans and cash call!

18 years 2 months ago
 I have about 4 payday loans out, and a cash call loan. I am in default on 2 payday loans (closed my account) and I am 2 months behind on a cash call loan. I am an idiot! I know this and have beat myself up already. I have a budget in place and it is working however, I need more help on this. I understand it is my debt and I need to pay it however, I have got to get this consolidated into one payment, credit cards included ($5000 in cc debt). Then I can pay it and not die each month on my normal bills to live.

Help!!!

18 years 2 months ago
I recently was scammed using PayPal and now I have a negative balance on my account. I was scammed really badly and Paypal won't believe me. Call me stubborn, but I'm not paying a charge that I didn't make. Now Paypal contacted a collection agency on me! I wrote the collection agency and told them that the claim was fraudulent but I'm afraid that they're going to lower my credit score! Is there anything that they can do if they don't have my current address, credit card, or SSN? The only information they have is my old address, cell number, and bank information.
