Is it possible for someone to collect on a verbal agreement of payment? I have an ex-boyfriend who is coming after me for the remaining balance of a debt that we created while together. I was the only one who made payments on the account until 2005 (debt was created in 2002) but have since stopped. He paid the remaining balance of the debt and now wants me to pay him back. He sent me a Demand Promissary Note which he signed and stated payments were to start Dec 1, made payable to him. I never signed the Demand Promissary Note, it seems as if he created it himself and simply signed it.

Here is a little good advice for those like me who have brains that short circuit. Never deposit your paycheck in the ATM machine at the bank. Thursday I went to the bank and I was in a hurry. I deposited my live check in the ATM. I called my wife and told her it was OK to pay some bills on line which she did. I then used my debit card on the weekend. I checked my statement on line on Monday and there was lots of money left in there. Half my pay. I checked on Tuesdsay and I was overdrawn by half my pay.

Hey ya'll. I have 4 pdl's (all internet) that I have been paying on. I have 2 PDL's with Payday1 & had to default on the 1st PDL Friday. The cashnetusa PDL will clear, but will not process soon enough for the 2nd payday1 pdl to clear. The last pdl is with paydayok. Due to the NSF fees, the payment for paydayok will process Monday & cause me ANOTHER nsf. What are my options? Will payday1 work with me for a repayment option? I am stressing...bigtime. I just need to some breathing room, because right now, I am drowning. :( Any help/suggestion is appreciated!
