Well I defaulted on my loan with CashNetUsa on November 30th and I have not heard from them yet concerning this, despite the fact that I have e-mailing them daily (a few times a day) trying to make payment arrangements with them. I guess it is a wait and see game now to see what their next move will be. They were NOT able to debit my closed bank account. My bank finally agreed to not let anything come through that account. So that is one less worry off my mind, I just am waiting to see what CashNetUsa'S next move will be

I just got a phone call at work saying that a guy named Christopher from CSB Systems was calling for me. I told him that "she" wasn't here right now and that I would leave a message for "her". The phone number that he left is 480-467-2315. I googled the number and it comes up with nothing. Does anyone know who this might be? Thanks!!

I wonder how many of us realized that one number (three digits) would have so much control over our lives. When I was younger and I first getting credit cards and student loans, I never realized that all these debts would accumliate into one number that 20 years now rules my life. Is there any limit on how much debt? Like 2,000 or 3,000? Or does personal loans count as well?

I received a call yesterday from Kathleen Kerr of the States Predisposition Services office. Platinum B Services wants to bring a civil suit against me for defaulting on my loan. I borrowed $200 from them back on 10/28/05 and over the next 10 months paid them a total of about $1500. According to the lady I spoke w/ it doesn't matter. Anyway, I settled out of court for $430.00 and am paying half today and the other half in two weeks. I received a call from the same number, but a different person, Hilary Romano. I haven't called her back yet. I'm afraid to.

good evening friends, i am here because i to unfortunatly fell victim to two pdl's CROWN LENDING and UNITED CASH LOANS. Each loan is in the amount of 200.00 each. i have so far paid 60.00 each. thursday will be 120.00 each. i live in pennsylvania. i could really use some help, because i know that i signed up for united cash loans, but i was in the process of speaking with someone at crown lending when we were disconected. They were holding for bank verification, when i was cut off. i never fully completed any authorization. is this legal? the money was deposited in my account.

i have seen it numerous times as part of the validation to ask for proof they can legally collect the debt! well what should this proof look like? is it a form or what? also their licensing to collect in the state being sued what should it look like or in what form?
