I live in indiana ,i have 4 payday loans ,mte financial,payday loan yes one click cash,and cmg group.does anyone know if they are licensed in indiana?i owe 300+interests on all the loans except for 200.00 to pay day loan yes.most of the debt settlement companies do not accept payday loan companies and they do not settle small debts unde 400.4 small debts total 1600 if you had them up.should i file chap13?i reaaly did not want to go that route.anyone got any ideas or suggestions? I am wondering if there is a debt counseling service out there that does not just add to your debt,and offers a low fixed interest rate for those who have 10k-15k in deb.

I took out a pdl with cashinminutes for 150.00 and now this T. Watson is hounding myslef family and my supervisor at my job. I am in Ohio and and he said something about passing bad checks/ sister state something and how can I be charged with that. Then he told my job that I would be served soon. I am trying to pay the loan back but have fell under times bc of situations etc. I can pay the loans 200.00 back but in no way can pay back the 1000 hes asking for.

I would like to know how to pay off my debt and still be able to survive. Or if I have too much debt to do it on my own.

Does anyone know if Texas store front's are required to allow you to make payment arrangements or do they automatically start legal proceedings.
